If I was the Pm of Pakistan.I would do the following.
A.leading Media Jounalisis and anchors will be invited and confined with all facilities but disconnected with outside world for three days.All major national and international issues would be debated to secure an agreed strategy and plan of action to be executed by the relevant ministeries.The basi s for discussion would be the initial plan prepared by a similar way involving brain storming by Party experts and Ministers including each member of Parliament.
B.A monitoring team of professional experts representing various fields will be selected and clearance obtained to avoid unnecessary controversial criticism
C.Periodic information within permissible bounds will be made available throug media.unnecessary interference will be discouraged with severe admonish ment.
B.Extreme discipline will be exercised to execute in accordance with broad base proceegures clearly laid down for general guidance.
c.select a team of experts to continuously monitor the progress and take corrective measures where necessary.
