Is the appointment of Chairman NAB not questionable?
Government and Opposition have appointed Ch.Qamar Zaman as Chairman NAB.
Unfortunately this new chairman NAB is accused of Contempt of Court. He has disobeyed the directions of Islamabad High court dated 16-05-2013 in W.P 2012/2012 Naseemuddin Sahito etc Vs Secretary Interior. And on 16-09-2013 High Court Islamabad issued him Contempt of Court notice Crl.org 360/2013 Naseemuddin Sahito Vs Ch.Qmar Zaman Secretary Interior for not obeying the directions of Islamabad High Court Since more than four months from the date of decision.
